In order to translate your documents and offer a service which meets your expectations, we use a rigorous working method.

Once your request has been received, an experienced project manager is assigned to your project and he or she will remain your only contact throughout the project – up until its final validation.

The project manager will:

• Analyse your exact needs;
• Draw up a specific work plan and schedule together with you;
• Choose the translator(s) who will be assigned to your project until its completion;
• Receive and check the translation to make sure it will totally match your expectations;
• Deliver the final translation using the media of your choice;
• Be available to answer your questions.
